    Transfer Rumour (Euro football)

Let me start of with Arsenal....

It is rumour that Arsenal are in talks with Italian club Napoli over the move for Eduardo Vargas who is recently back from loan with Queen Park Ranger (QPR). The transfer fees believe to be estimated €16 million (£11.3m).

The right footed hit-man, Eduardo Vargas full name as Eduardo Jesús Vargas Rojas. He can play as a winger or a forward. He will be a good addition and asset for Arsenal in searching for a holding midfielder.

The 26 year-old was part of Chile squad who play alongside with Alexis Sanchez in the last world cup. It could also be a good combination for both playing together in Arsenal as Alexis is also eager to see his country team mates joins him in Emirates.

    Next moving to Manchester City.....

Goal understands that City have been monitoring the defender closely in recent weeks, with director Txiki Begiristain driving the Premier League club's interest in the Brazilian.

Any negotiations are, however, likely to be held up over a fee for the promising full-back, who has been linked with Chelsea and Manchester United, with Monaco determined to hold out for a figure in the region of £18 million.

Manchester City are considering a move for Monaco right-back Fabinho, Goal understands.

The 21-year-old was part of Dunga's Brazil squad for Copa America although failed to make an appearance in Chile as the Selecao were dumped out at the quarter-final stage by Paraguay.

City value the defender, who has two full caps for Brazil, at the £8m mark but could well change their stance should they be convinced he will be ready to eventually replace first-choice right-back Pablo Zabaleta.

Once on Real Madrid's books, Fabinho only made one appearance for the Liga giants after signing on a temporary deal from Rio Ave back in 2012, where he was frequently utilised in the club's 'B' team.

He then made the switch to Ligue 1 with Monaco, where he has emerged as the club's first-choice right-back and made over 60 appearances for Leonardo Jardim's side over the last couple of seasons.

Monaco moved to make Fabinho's loan deal permanent back in May 2015 although his rapid rise has alerted the attention of City, who are considering a deal for a player that the club's scouts believe could develop into a top-class right-back.

Fábio Henrique Tavares his known name was known as Fabinho was born in Campinas, São Paulo. He begin his career at Fluminense. He left the club without making an appearance during that year. In 2012, Fabinho joined Rio Ave on a six-year deal. During his stay with Rio Ave, was send on loan to Real Marid Castilla on a season-long before joining Monaco on loan and into signing permanently with the club
It is rumour that Manchester City scout are monitoring closely in recent weeks on a move for Monaco Brazilian promising right-back Fabinho. The club believe that Fabinho could develop into a top-class right-back which every striker would be fear.
Besides Manchester City, various club such as Chelsea and Manchester United have also shown their interest in obtaining Fabinho signature.
However, no negotiations have been discussed between any of the clubs yet but it is believe that the cost will around £18 million. The 21-year-old who has two full caps for Brazil, was part of Dunga's Brazil squad for Copa America.

Since his move to Ligue 1 with Monaco, he has made over 60 appearances for Leonardo Jardim's side over the last couple of seasons and establish himself as the club's first-choice right-back.

Let us see should the tranfer goes through.
